So we stripped it back. Black or white ink only. Premium AS Colour tees only. One clear pricing table. No colour matching phone calls, no artwork bouncing back and forth for weeks.
What you get is the same production quality as Born and Thread's full custom work. The same presses, the same team, the same plastisol inks, just in a simpler package built for speed.

GRYSCL is Born and Thread's fast, self serve screen printing service. We took our full custom process and stripped it back to the essentials so you can order quality printed tees online in minutes. Single colour prints on premium AS Colour blanks, priced clearly, printed fast.
Yes. Order before 11am and your tees are ready for pickup by 4:30pm that same day. Same day runs are black tees only and carry a 30% rush surcharge.
Ordering after 11am? You can still have them ready the next day for a 20% surcharge. And if you're not in a rush, choose a 3 to 4 day turnaround (10% surcharge) or standard 2 weeks at regular pricing.
Our order tool lets you upload your design and preview it on the tee before you commit, so you can see exactly how it'll sit. For single colour prints we handle the technical setup on our end.
If your file genuinely can't be printed as it is, we'll flag it before anything goes to press, so you won't get a surprise. For complex artwork or design work from scratch, that's a job for Born and Thread's full custom service.

Sticking to one ink colour, black or white, is exactly what lets us print fast and keep pricing simple. It removes colour matching, extra screens and setup time, which is where most of the delay in custom printing comes from.
If you need prints with multiple colours or specific colour matching, Born and Thread's full custom service has you covered.
Not through GRYSCL. We keep it to tees on purpose, because that focus is what keeps us fast. For hoodies, crews, tote bags or anything else, head to Born and Thread for the full custom range.
20 tees is the minimum for any GRYSCL order. You can mix sizes freely across that run, they just need to share the same design and print.
All GRYSCL orders are collected from our Bayswater factory in Melbourne. Pickups are Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. We're closed Mondays.
Same day and next day orders are pickup only. If you can't get to us before 4:30pm that's fine, your order simply waits for you and is available the next business day.
Need it delivered instead? For same day and next day orders we don't book couriers, because we can't rely on them to hit an urgent deadline. Once you get your completion notification you're welcome to send your own courier or an Uber package delivery to collect it. For 3 to 4 day and 2 week orders we can arrange a regular courier once your print run is finished.
Each design is its own print run, so just place a separate order for each one. Every order still needs to meet the 20 tee minimum on its own.
Custom neck tags, woven labels and relabelling are part of Born and Thread's full custom service rather than GRYSCL. If that's what you need, get in touch with the Born and Thread team and we'll sort it.
